Trip to RHS Bridgewater

Hartford Civic Society’s latest coach trip took place on Wednesday 13th September. We went to RHS Garden Bridgewater, Worsley.

Many thanks to Mike Pinchien for organising the trip. We had the one day when the weather was superb.

We all had a lovely day and got lots of ideas for our own gardens. The RHS Gardens are very new, just over 2 years old, but they have already done so much and you can see their plans for the near future.

There were 31 people on the trip, we left at 9.30am and returned at 4.30pm. A guided tour of the walled gardens was included which was very informative.
