The current membership subscriptions are (per annum):
Full Member | £7 |
Additional Full Member in the same household | £3 |
Junior Member (under 18) | £2 |
Business/Corporate Member | £25 |
Membership runs from 1st April each year. The Society prefers payment of subscriptions by Standing Order as this reduces the amount of work for us at renewal time. Standing Orders can be cancelled at any time. If you prefer to pay by cheque please make it payable to "Hartford Civic Society".

Gift Aid:
If you are an existing member of the Society and are a tax payer and haven't already registered for Gift Aid, please consider filling in a Gift Aid declaration. You can download a copy of the Gift Aid form by clicking here:
New members will receive a Gift Aid form with their membership application.
Using Gift Aid means that for every pound you give we get an extra 25 pence from the Inland Revenue, helping your donation to go further. This means that £10 can be turned into £12.50 just as long as donations are made through Gift Aid. So if you want your donation to go further, Gift Aid it. Just complete the form and send it back to us.
To qualify for Gift Aid, what you pay in income tax or capital gains tax must at least equal the amount we will claim in the tax year
