New CIO Constitution

The new constitution, converting the Hartford Civic Society to a charitable incorporated organisation, was voted in at the 2016 Annual General Meeting. It can be found using the link below. It should be noted that the 'Objects' and 'Powers' contained within the original constitution of the Society have been transferred intact to the new constitution and are shown under Clauses 3 and 4.  The purpose of the new constitution is to establish the Society as a legal entity, with limited liability, in strict conformation to the Charity Commission guidelines and template.
